We use the ultimate in fabric protection technology. It is manufactured to exacting quality standards to ensure that it is environmentally safe in every way. Elgin Furniture proudly offers Fabric Protection service for all upholstered furniture. Protecting your upholstery helps keep your furniture cleaner, brighter, stain-resistant and looking beautiful for years to come.
Extended Service Plan (ESP)
Elgin Furniture offers an eighteen (18) month (24 months for Electronics) "Extended Service Plan" which provides protection beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Available at the time of purchase, ESP is a convenient and inexpensive way to protect your furniture investment. Our factory authorized repair centers are staffed with professionally trained service technicians. You can enjoy that new furniture pride, year after year, when your furniture is protected by ESP from Elgin Furniture. This is a brief description of the ESP Plan. Full details of the Plan are disclosed in the documents received when coverage is purchased.
Guarantee of Fabrics
Since manufacturers of upholstered fabrics do not guarantee their products for shrinkage, color fastness, or quality wearing, we are unable to consider adjustments, claims or credits for these fabric products. If you have purchased optional fabric protection, please refer to your optional fabric protection plan for claim information.
30-Day Price Guarantee
If you purchase from us and we put that item on sale within 30 days of your delivery we will credit you the difference.
Delivery business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm. The day before your scheduled delivery, you will receive an automated phone call from our delivery department confirming your delivery and letting you know within a 2-hour window when we will arrive. Items are delivered to cities outside of the Cleveland area on designated days of the week. Higher delivery fees may apply to cities outside of Elgin’s local delivery area.
Preparing your Home
To prepare for your delivery:
- Be sure to clear the room(s) where you would like your new furniture delivered. Our delivery team cannot move or remove existing furniture.
- Please remove any obstacles that might hinder our delivery team. If a delivery requires the removal of a window or door, arrangements must be done by you at your own expense.
- Someone 18 years of age or older must be home to sign for the delivery of your item(s).
To ensure the safety of our drivers, Elgin Furniture will determine if they will make deliveries during hazardous weather conditions.
Our distribution center is located at 26400 Lakeland Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44132. Pick up days and hours are:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
- Our distribution center is closed between 1pm and 2pm.
Prior to coming to pick up call 216-441-4500 to make sure your sale is ready and available for pickup. You must have a valid photo ID in order to pick-up. It is the customer's responsibility to properly secure and tie down the merchandise being picked up to their vehicle. Elgin Furniture will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to merchandise and/or vehicle during the loading or transportation of merchandise. All merchandise picked up must be returned to the store for service.
Your refund will be issued in the same form as it was accepted, except cash. Refunds for cash payments will be made by company check and will be available for pick-up at the store you purchased from within two business days from the date of cancellation. Payments made by credit card must be refunded back to the same credit card. No refunds are available and sales cannot be cancelled after merchandise has been delivered.
