Full-service delivery to your preferred room/area, unpacking, assembly, trash removal and more
You will receive an automated phone call the night before your delivery providing you a 2-hour delivery window, and you'll get a call 15-30 minutes before your delivery to let you know when drivers are on their way to your home.
We will thoroughly inspect your new furniture, clean and repair any minor issues. If any problems arise during delivery, the driver should remain with you to contact the store.
Delivery to the room of your choice. You will be contacted 15-30 minutes prior to delivery. During the delivery, someone 18 years of age or older is required to be present. Before arriving, the space must be clear.
We will professionally unpack and assemble your new furniture and place it exactly where you want it.
All packing materials will be removed and reloaded onto the truck for recycling and disposal.
How to Prepare for Your Delivery
-Ensure that someone 18 years of age or older is home to accept delivery.
-Remove obstacles that might hinder our delivery crew.
-Clear the room(s) where your new furniture will be placed. Our delivery crew cannot move or remove existing furniture.
-If a delivery requires the removal of a door, please make necessary arrangements in advance.
-Please make sure your walkways are clear of snow, ice and any other obstructions.
Elgin Furniture deliveries are made Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and normally start at 9:00AM.
To ensure the safety of our drivers, Elgin Furniture will determine if they will make deliveries during hazardous weather conditions. Delivery department business hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10:00AM to 5:00PM and can be reached at 216-441-4500.
Track Your Delivery
Enter your 10 digit phone number to view your scheduled stop number, the delivery address and the items listed on your order. There are times that routes may be changed the day of the delivery due to unforeseen events. Check periodically throughout the day to stay updated on the expected time of your delivery.
Customer Pick Up
Most of our inventory is in stock and ready for pickup at our warehouse located at 26400 Lakeland Blvd., Euclid, OH 44132. The hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 3:00PM to 4:45PM. Customer pickups are not available on Sunday and Monday. You must have valid government identification at time of pick up. When picking up your order please consider the size of your vehicle, as the packaging o the product may be larger and heavier than expected. If your purchase doesn't fit into your vehicle, scheduling a delivery is still an option.
